Beecher: voting record

Taken from the boards' own minutes. Every vote below shows the sentence it came from, word for word, and links to the document. If the minutes did not name who voted which way, nobody is named here.

No votes recorded yet. They appear as boards approve and publish their minutes.

How this is put together

A vote is recorded against a named trustee only when the minutes name that trustee in a for, against, abstain or absent list. Nothing is worked out by inference. “The motion carried unanimously” is kept as a tally and never turned into individual votes, because the minutes have not said who was in the room.

Where the wording is not plain, it is skipped rather than guessed at. That leaves gaps. The gaps are deliberate: a wrong voting record is worse than a missing one.

Think something here is wrong? Say so — it gets checked against the minutes and corrected in public.
